Yes, you need to have a provisional license to start driving in the U.K and this must be present to your instructor in the first lesson.

Yes, we offer pick-up and drop-off services for our driving lessons. Our instructors will pick you up from your designated location and drop you off at the end of the lesson.
You must be able to read (with glasses or contact lenses, if necessary) a car number plate made after 1 September 2001 from 20 metres.
You must also meet the minimum eyesight standard for driving by having a visual acuity of at least decimal 0.5 (6/12) measured on the Snellen scale (with glasses or contact lenses, if necessary) using both eyes together or, if you have sight in one eye only, in that eye.
You must also have an adequate field of vision - your optician can tell you about this and do a test.
All of our instructors are trained to the highest standard in line with the Driver & Vehicle Standard Agency. We understand that your safety and the safety of the public is paramount so all of our cars are fitted with specialised dual controls to enable our instructors to safely stop the car in response to a critical incident.
You can drive on a motorway in England, Scotland and Wales however you must be accompanied by an Approved Driving Instructor in a car fitted with dual controls.
There’s no minimum number of lessons you must have or hours you must practise driving.
How many lessons you need will depend on how quickly you learn.
